My world is an integration of CPG, content production, and purpose-driven entrepreneurship. I’ve led projects that range from launching a national food brand to producing commercial videos for iconic names like Ford and Universal Music.
My work often blurs the line between personal and professional - I’ve made friends through business, and my closest friends are also collaborators and mentors I’m endlessly grateful for. I don’t seek work-life balance in the traditional sense - because I’ve built a life where work is deeply meaningful, creative, and aligned with who I am.

A Little History
The Haven Cafe
I’m a partner at The Haven, a café and community-focused retail space in Toronto.
There, I lead growth strategy, operations, and culture-building - creating systems, building teams, curating local product assortments, and organizing community events that address something I deeply care about: loneliness and the need for real connection.

We believe in fostering spaces that are entertaining, enlightening, educating, and exciting, and I see events as powerful tools to bring people together. Our gatherings focus on fostering deeper relationships - with ourselves, with each other, and with nature. As Esther Perel says, "We don’t just learn to love ourselves by ourselves." And Paul Bloom reminds us, "Humans are social beings, and we are happier, and better, when connected to others." I believe in building experiences that nourish both.
We’re also building our own CPG line, starting with our first in-house coffee product in partnership with Java Roasters, a Toronto-based, women-led roastery with a shared focus on sustainability, quality, and story.

Culcherd / Above Food / CPG
Before that, I helped lead the rebrand, relaunch, and national growth of Culcherd, a plant-based dairy brand I co-founded, scaled, and eventually sold to Above Food. At Above, I served as Brand and General Manager, overseeing everything from operations and manufacturing scale-up to national sales, product development, and marketing strategy.
I’ve collaborated with food scientists and plant engineers, managed transition post-acquisition, and led our team to Expo West, where we were finalists for the NEXTY Awards. I’ve been brand manager and photographer, managing projects from packaging design and production to lifestyle photo shoots and trade show booths.

Personal & Passion Projects
One of my most personal projects is First Light: Capturing the Serenity of Sunrise - a meditation on light, water, and presence. Inspired by the neuroscience of happiness, this project aligns with the work of people like Andrew Huberman, who reminds us, "Morning sunlight sets our circadian rhythm, boosts dopamine, and enhances mood and focus." Being by the lake as the sun rises is how I reconnect with clarity, calm, and creativity.
I also explore these themes of peace, presence, and connection through other personal projects/posts like Adventure Cats - documenting outdoor moments with my two ginger cats as we explore lakesides, climb rocks, and slow down together in nature - and Nelly: A Friendship Across Generations, a photo series capturing adventures and conversations with my 97-year-old best friend.
These projects reflect what I value most: calm, connection with others, connection with self, and the grounding force of nature.

Media Production
Parallel to my work in CPG, I run Kohorts, a collaborative media production company. We specialize in commercial and branded content, documentary-style storytelling, tabletop and lifestyle photography, and music videos. I’ve had the chance to work with clients like Ford Motor Company, Universal Music Canada, McCafé, and many others.

I’ve gone from filming indie music videos and launching a record label in high school, to building a national food brand, to creating media that moves people. Along the way, I’ve been part of top accelerator programs, collaborated with amazing people, and built lifelong friendships through the work.
