Client: Gusto 54 Restaurant Group
Project: Training & Culture Videos
The Brief
Gusto 54, one of Toronto’s most renowned restaurant groups, needed a series of internal training videos to communicate company culture, operational processes, and team values across their multiple restaurants, including Gusto 101, Gusto 501, Chubby’s Jamaican Kitchen, Pai, Kiin, and Chaiyo by PAI.
Our Approach

🍽 On-Location Filming – Shot across various Gusto-owned restaurants, capturing the energy, atmosphere, and unique identity of each location.

👨‍🍳 Behind-the-Scenes Food Footage – Filmed chefs in action, highlighting the craftsmanship and passion that goes into every dish.

One-Person Production – With a nimble and detail-oriented approach, one person handled producing, shooting, lighting, audio, and editing, ensuring a seamless and efficient production without compromising on quality.
The Result
A polished, engaging series of training videos that effectively convey Gusto’s culture and operational excellence. While these videos were intended for internal use, the attention to detail and cinematic execution reflect the same level of care and artistry that Gusto brings to its restaurants.
