Case Study: Culcherd – First Packaging Photography
The Project
This was the first iteration of Culcherd’s packaging—the beginning of our visual identity for a plant-based dairy brand rooted in craft, care, and clean ingredients. The goal was to create photography that brought the product to life right on the shelf.
The Approach
🧀 Highlighting the Product: We focused the photography on showcasing the cheese itself—rich textures, natural colors, and thoughtful plating to make the flavor almost tangible.

🎨 Artisan Aesthetic: Every image emphasized the handcrafted nature of the product, celebrating its artisanal quality and small-batch origins.

📷 Detail-Driven Composition: Close-ups and intentional lighting captured the depth and complexity of each cheese—encouraging customers to not just see it, but imagine the taste.
The Results
This first packaging launch helped set the tone for the brand’s visual storytelling, reflecting our values of quality, simplicity, and artistry. While the packaging has since evolved, this shoot laid the foundation for how we tell stories through food and photography, and continues to inform the visual language of the brand.
